Speedway

The employee in the photo is a terrible representative of the Speedway brand and a disgrace to himself. I went to the convenience store part of the gas station to pick up an object on the counter to this man’s left. I did not need to use a cashier service. I said hello to the man. His response was “Can’t you read? Closed. Go over there.” When an employee is in a Speedway uniform, on the sales floor, visible to customers, that employee should uphold basic tenants of good customer service. Being extremely rude to a customer and responding to “Hello” with “Can’t you read?” is disgraceful, rude and a poor representative of Speedway. This location should be put out of business. I do not trust the Speedway brand because of the actions of the individual in the photo. This person is an embarrassment to himself and the Speedway brand.

This speed way is the most rude and disrespectful to its costumers. They have a nasty disrespect worker named Danielle behind the counter. She will give you attitude and drama every time you go up to counter. After one tiny encounter where she accidentally over charged me; She’s repeatedly caused a problem every time I go in there. I have reported her behavior to the staff and they did not care one bit. They do not practice costumer service at all !!!!worst speed way ever. Just go to the 711 down the block

Danielle the cashier is flat out mean. Stop here multiple times a week and last night I encountered my first rude employee there. Red haired bun, asked me a question while I was checking out, I then answered. She said “What??!” as if she could not hear me, I said in a slightly louder tone the answer to the question, and she claimed I was yelling at her? When I asked for my items in a bag, she yelled at me “Yeah” and said “I can get loud with you too”. So ridiculous and disrespectful and hopefully she gets a talk on how to talk to customers and customer service.

I stop here seven days a week as it is along my work route, but I will not stop anymore. The regular overnight employee is great, a pleasure to deal with and even converse with. I usually get there at about 4:45 AM. This morning I walked in and went right to the cashier as the lottery machine was broken ( as it is regularly in this location). My friendly cashier was not there and this guy who was working was worthless. Im standing there watching him feed coins into a machine ( a highly marketable skill) and looking at me out of the corner of his eye. This happened on two occasions prior when I had to verbally address him in order for him to wait on me. Not today! I stood there a little while and then cursed him as I stormed out without my purchase. Like I said, I won’t be returning. There’s plenty of places along my route to stop. It should be noted that they sell lottery tickets but don’t like to pay out ( owners policy). I was in there a few weeks back during regular hours around 11 am and they wouldn’t cash my scratch tickets. I asked for the manager and they got him. He said not to bring them there to cash in The future. I reported him to the lottery commission as he is obligated to cash tickets up to $600.00. These places are a dime a dozen, no need to deal with scum like this
