I was in the store and the manager Robyn was in the back yelling at a employee while the store was filled with customers I find this highly unprofessional and I left with out purchasing anything cause I felt uncomfortable... Not to mention other times I was here Denise the gas attendant told me people are scum of the universe and other rants truly unprofessional as well not to mention the employees are treated badly I heard they get their hours cut instead of getting fired so no one can collect unemployment.

I will never be using this business. Right off the bat I'm assuming these 5 star reviews came from employees, friends and relatives of the owner because it does NOT match the service I experienced. My client wanted to stop and get something from the store. So I pull in as requested and drove all the way to the right where the store is located. Unfortunately whoever designed the layout did not do so in the smartest of ways since the door is in the middle of the last gas lane on the right. I dropped my client off and tried to wait close to the door since it was cold and he told me his condition was making it difficult to move. So I was trying to do the right thing and stay close to the door so that he had a shorter distance walking in the cold. The male attendant (There was one guy and one girl that I saw) waved me over, assuming I was pulling in for gas. I signaled pointing to the door of the store He immediately became visibly upset and started waving since he wanted me to move out of the lane. To keep the lane clear, I understand that. But here's the thing. It was 6am and the place was pretty empty. If it was busy, of course I wouldn't block the lane. There were 2 of the 8 pumps being used, (not even in the lane I was in.) The one I was in was empty and there was no one behind me waiting. And no one waiting for a gas pump at all. But fine, I backed up out of the lane, not completely out, but enough for cars to get in if they wanted to. The male attendant then began talking to two of the cops that pulled in, looking in my direction as he did so. (as if I was breaking the law and he was telling on me) He spoke to them separately but both within the span of my client still being in the store. The cops were talking with him but at no point came over to me to ask me to move or anything. (Because I wasn't doing anything wrong.) My client came out of the store and the guy shouted something to him but I don't think he heard what he said. He got in the car and I pulled through the lane completely. As I was driving to the ramp to get back on the highway, he paused in the middle of his conversation to shout "IDIOT" at me as I drove by, then returned to his conversation. How much more do I need to say here? Like seriously that's how you're going to react to me trying to show kindness to someone? I get you're a business but you weren't even busy. No one was even using that lane, what was the big deal? And he was in the store buying something so it’s not as if you weren’t benefiting at all. It was MAYBE 10 minutes at most. And what makes you think you have the entitlement to call someone a name because they didn't follow EXACTLY how you wanted things done? I could go on but I don't wanna use any more time on these people. It's very obvious to me they care about nothing but money.

I’m coming to this store to put Diesel every 2 days for almost 4 years and I always enjoyed and the employees at the overnights are very friendly and kind …!!
