Stadium Gas

This place is SHADY! I was in the area to watch the US Open and needed a phone charger. The Mexican guy behind the counter tells me $20 without scanning the item. I thought that was ridiclous but my phone was dead. I took it back to my hotel and it didn't work so I found another store nearby that had one for $7 and had them test it in front of me. it worked so I took the $20 charger back to the guy, told him it didn't work and got my money back. He pulled out a stack of $20's from his pocket and gives it back to me and said something like it was my fault and should have came back to him. Avoid this place at all cost.

I've been here twice for oil change and I must say that I was treated right. Both times, I was out of there in less than an hour. They seem to be honest, I can see that when I give boss a tip, he right away shares it with whoever was working on my car. I love the honesty and the convenience.

On Friday 9/21/18 at 745 am was time of incident. I borrowed $20 from my wife $10 for gas and 10 for lunch I came into to get $10 waves two $5 bill ask the guy for $10 of gas he was so busy talking to his friends. That he didn't hear me. After putting gas he asked me for $20. I told him I asked for $10. He said no that I ask for $20. I told him what if I didn't have 20 when I ask for 10. He then told me that was not his problem. The other friend that is in the store came out and told me hold on guys this is a good one! After having a brief conversation with the guy that pump the gas he told me that he read my lips from inside the store through my driver mirror. Really. I then moved my lips and said you are a liar and a crook.he now could not read my lips. So when I told what I have said he told me to go and dnt come back. I felt robbed and disrespected. Thanks to them I worked a 12 hour shift with no food. I will be making a report to consumers affairs. Not to mention expensive gas. No sale here about 1 mile more gas price is like 30 cents cheaper per gallon. Boycott!!!! Boycott!!!

Terrible customer service; after swiping my MasterCard several times, the attendant informed me that my card did not work (even though I had just used it today). He even tried my boyfriend’s Visa card, swiping it multiple times, and told us his didn’t work either, which was a total lie. We then resorted to withdrawing cash from the station ATM, and the machine didn’t even work!! My boyfriend then had to run to the nearest functioning ATM to pay him. As I was waiting for my boyfriend to withdraw cash elsewhere, the attendant started informing the other customers that he was not accepting credit cards. It would have been nice to know this BEFORE having my gas pumped. Extremely sketchy place to get gas - save yourself the trouble and do NOT come here.

The customer service here was kind of weird. Went to get gas, nobody was there to greet me, I couldn't tell it was "full" service, went inside to see the attendant, he looked confused and freaked out that I asked him a question, he said "oh yea, go ahead and use the pump outside," right after I asked him about whether or not I pay for gas out there. I go and try to use the credit card machine I saw on the side of the machine, had no idea what I was doing as it wasn't for typical customers to use, and then finally a guy came up and pumped fuel in my car. I guess I would go here again, now that I know it's full service, but that was not a good first impression. For first time goers...this is FULL service, and don't freak out if you get confused.
