Luke did an Amazing Job! My Husband And I Came in to Get some Ice Cream after our Walk In the Park 4/16/23. We went over to the cooler and Tried to find The Ice Cream that we originally went there for...which was the Tiramisu. They didn't have it so I decided to try a Hand Scoop Pint Flavor. We Went up there and stared at the Menu and I wanted to try a Limited Edition Flavor... because of Luke! I asked Luke what the Daily Grind Ice Cream was. He was very Knowledgeable. He told me it was Rich Coffee Ice Cream with Marshmallow Swirls and Fudge Pieces. I said "Yeah, Give me some of that!" He laughed and smiled. Finally! Someone at Stewart's who isn't Gloomy and Miserable. He made the Two Scoops VERY Healthy!! So thank you for that!!! Luke appears to be a very good Direction Follower and He was helping other customers whilst Doing our Order. Good Job on Multitasking. He was Very Fast and Efficient in His Job. My Husband asked for a Peanut Butter and Chocolate MilkShake. My Husband enjoyed his Milkshake A Lot, and was made to the Perfect Consistency. He had us IN & OUT in Under Five Minutes! Probably the Fastest Stewarts Trip Ever!! Luke is Proficient while Dealing with People. Fast, Cheery and Helpful! Give Her a Try. *My Husband said the Large Milkshake was a Lot, and Said as a refresher he would rather have the small. ------------------------------------------------------ Pros: *Lots of Ice Cream to Choose from with Limited Addition Flavors. *Lots of Syrups and Toppings for your Creation! *Local *Deals on Ice Cream, Places to Sit. *Luke is a Great Asset to the Stewart's Team! The first thing I notice is the amount of garbage strewn around the parking lot and property. Clean it up. And after about 6PM the outside becomes a hangout for vagrants and drug users. I brought my kids for ice cream and it didn't feel safe. That said during the day I haven't had any issues and the staff are kind and helpful.

I used to love this place, but boy have they fallen short. Just tried to buy a hotdog and there’s no onions. or meat sauce and the mustard empty. Also trying to pay and standing in line for several minutes. There were 4 clerks in the shop but the only person at the cash register was making milkshakes. Company needs to fix their systems. Make people who want a fancy ice cream dessert to wait !!

Stewart's in Oneonta NY I believe has good Pizza. And For A Fair Price. I got a sausage and pepperoni and Onion pizza and it was 13.99 you can't get that at any local pizza shop for that price.
