One of the cleanest ice cream shops I've ever been in. I am so excited about the new addition and love going there on my lunch. Manager is excellent and the staff is incredibly kind. Very accommodating.

I took my 12 yr old daughter this evening for the first time she was excited to see the new steward that I been telling her about at around 8:30pm!! To enjoy some shakes and buy her favorite steward cookies , as I’m ordering the shake this employee in the pictures is mopping the floor the whole section is wet can’t go to the fridge can’t look in the isle!! So my daughter being kid walks on the wet floor not noticing it was wet where she was standing this women yells OMG makes a loud huff and puff puts her hands on her head in anger at my child!! looks at my daughter like she wanted to KILL her!! my daughter felt so bad and was so angry she wanted to cry she didn’t even want her shake!!! After this Few second later this man in the picture walks in and she clearly seems to know him and have a great realationship with she even hugged him. He walked all over the wet floor which made me more upset and she said NOTHING!!! She even yelled at this women and her kid who walked in to what believed to be to use the ATM or something near the door you can even see in the picture how she looking at the lady so sad to have disgusting people like this!! this can all be seen on camera I hope the Maneger at this location looks it up and gets rid her!!! I will no longer be stopping here in the mornings for my coffee thanks to her THAnK YOU for ruining my daughters evening!!! I really wanted to go off on this women but I knew a review would be better!!! Be Nice to people you never know what someone is going through!! Sad because the morning ladies are all so nice and helpful to me…
