This new counter set up is crazy. Now there are lines for coffee , there is no counter space to make your coffees, the whole area looks worse than ever, no garbages and all the teas are not near the coffee. Whoever thought this one up needs to go. If it's not broke don't fix it.

My aunt and I stopped to play some numbers two days ago, we grabbed a few snacks and asked if we could pay at the same register as lotto. The ONLY cashier working( even though there was a worker who was sitting at the bench And 2 workers in the back), Natasha, was down right nasty to begin with. Extremely rude like we had done something wrong. When my aunt told her she wasn’t being very nice or customer service friendly, her attitude went up and got worse. She then started yelling at my aunt who asked to speak to a manager, there was no manager on duty until Sunday, according to the 2nd lady who came out just as we were about to leave and Natasha kept yelling throwing change at my aunt. I understand calling someone a nasty pig is never the answer, however as an employee one should never call a customer a C*NT, that is exactly what Natasha did. She even kept some of the numbers we played. We will never shop here again. The woman who came out at the end was even more rude, only to find out than an hour before our encounter our cousin went for gas and a few hard roll sandwiches, they were treated the exact same way. She held up hamburger buns instead of hard rolls, copped. Bigger attitude and started swearing because she had to go look for more hard rolls. Natasha was more than okay with us reporting her to management because she was “looking for another job anyway”. I did try calling to report this only to be hung up on.

Very convenient location if you’re staying in the Hillsdale area. The ice-cream is 3.8/5, but the service from Caleb was 5/5. Really good knowledge and energy. Give the guy a raise.

Stewart’s Shops almost always have restrooms. They always have hot food, refrigerated food, carbonated drinks, friendly staff, ice cream, snacks, sweets and a feeling of community.
