Politely asked the associate to make a milkshake using the death by chocolate flavor (we were going to purchase the quart) and they rudely declined- saying the ice cream is “too hard” and they’d be “scooping for hours” - funny how I am able to scoop it at home. Lazy and lost our business

I love their milk. But please turn the volume down in the debit/credit card payment machine. I think it actually did something to my eardrum. My ears hurt.

Brand new Stewart’s gas station and shop. Plenty of room to maneuver and fully stocked store. They have 91 octane ethanol free gas for your motorcycle and delicious ice cream in over 20 flavors. I haven’t checked out the bathroom yet but since it’s brand new I’m pretty sure it’s clean. Will update. I especially love the free air to fill up your tires, no pressure gauge required.

This Stewart’s is always down to stay open right until closing, will do half and half scoops, half and half pints, anything you want- and has really friendly staff… except one. Ive never had a bad experience here unless she’s working, and it’s unfortunate. Today, I immediately was met after she rolled her eyes and gave attitude to another customer- with “ice cream?” “Yes,please” “what.” To which she then talked about how she wanted to end her life (in a joking way, but very angrily), with a coworker, as she scooped my ice cream. She then handed me my ice cream, not looking at me, reaching her full arm out. I literally thought she was going to like chuckle or something as if she was just being sarcastically nasty- but… no? She genuinely treated me like I was gross, which was so unpleasant. It was just a really odd experience, that I am not looking forward to interacting with her again.

I am an avid and loyal stewart’s customer. I have never had a bad experience until today. At this new paltz location the ice scooper was nothing but an opp. I don’t understand why she would give a pretty girl a hard time. She was snarky and hostile. If you see a young woman scooping ice cream, just go to stop and shop and get a tub there
