I visited the Stewart's location at 1055 with the intention of purchasing a pint of vanilla ice cream after spending several hours in the ER due to a family emergency. Upon entering, I was met with rudeness from the male employee behind the counter, who brusquely informed me that they were closing in two minutes. He claimed there were no pints of vanilla ice cream available due to high demand from a sale, and he was unable to prepare one for me. While I was browsing the cooler for alternative flavors, a female employee named Alissa emerged from the back and yelled at me, stating, "Ma'am, we close in two minutes." I acknowledged that I was aware of the time, having heard it multiple times already. She then checked her watch and declared that they were actually closed. The behavior of these employees was not just unprofessional; it was downright disrespectful. This Stewart's location is typically where my friends and family and I frequent for gas, coffee, breakfast, and other purchases, contributing significantly to their business on a weekly basis. However, due to this egregious experience, I will no longer patronize this location and will actively discourage friends and family from doing so as well. I find this situation incredibly disappointing, especially considering that we have been loyal customers for over six years. Unfortunately, this is not the first instance of a negative experience in recent times. It seems that items are rarely ready when needed, and customers are often ignored. Typically, there is only one register open while another employee is occupied with other tasks, resulting in excessively long wait times. There have been occasions where we have waited as long as twenty minutes just to make a purchase. This has become a topic of discussion among various local acquaintances. As someone who works in the customer service industry and manages multiple locations, I can confidently say that this level of treatment is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. #someonemakeourlocalstewsgreatagain

Stopped in for coffee on my way home. I didn't start drinking it until I was driving and it was too late to go back. It was terribly old and bitter and had more grounds than I have ever found in a cup before. How do I get refunded for this?

Went to Stewart's for milk and stood there holding it for a while waiting to check out and the cashier who works at 9/10a.m was having a conversation about her sciatica and medicine to a guy and woman customer who were done checking out for their stuff then the cashier she walked off to do some stuff in the store... had to put the milk back and i walked out not everyone has all day to wait for the cashier to be done having a conversation.. Thank God dollar general is just up the street it's about the same price for a gallon of milk there as it is Stewart's....
