Yikes, what a frustrating experience. I moved to a new address and my landlord uses Petro. I called to switch the account to my name so I would get the bills. I called, got the machine, and sat through the usual boasts about service equal to none, the best, matchless. Finally decided to do the call back thing: enter you number and an agent will call back. Nope, did not call back that day. Called the next day, figuring to wait it out. Went nuts listening to the same ads over and over and over. Did the call back thing. Nope, no call back that day. Called the next day determined to wait forever; don't want to run out of hearing fuel. Waited half an hour, says 50 repetitions of the same ad about the customer is first, always the best service, trust us. Gave up. Called another company. Advice to Petro: your customer's first experience with you service is the first call to set up an account. If you won't hire enough agents to provide that service, how can the customer do anything but loathe your endless ads touting your services?
