Customer Reviews

I had a very frustrating experience with a gentleman who has dark hair and an earring. I tried to put gas in my vehicle myself since he was busy, but he yelled at me for doing so. I had already scanned my card to pay, but he went ahead and canceled the transaction. When I tried to explain that I had already paid, he was preoccupied with another car and continued to yell at me, saying something about "24-hour service." To make matters worse, he shut down the entire pump while I was trying to resolve the issue. When I attempted to go to another pump, he shut that one down too. I’m not sure if he’s allowed to shut down pumps like that, but it definitely feels like it’s bad for business. I think it's important for customers to feel respected and not yelled at, especially when they are trying to handle their own transactions. I will be posting his picture here to ensure others are aware of this situation. I hope this can be addressed to prevent future incidents. I’ve been a loyal customer at this gas station for the past 8 years, and I’ve always had positive experiences—until today. The treatment I received was disappointing and entirely unexpected. I hope this isn’t the new norm, as I’ve always appreciated the service here.

Terrible service. When I asked the employee what's different between the two gases. He didn't answer me and walked away. To explain a question sounds so difficult for him. Bad experience. Never come here again.

Bought 93 grade octane and they put 87 on 93. Car starts running very rough after getting the gas. Had to flush the whole tank and put new gas for this. Never buy 93 gas from them. Hope the authorities will inspect and take necessary steps

I wanted to get gas but was greated by an older male with food spitting out of his mouth in a disrespectful manner and with an attitude.
