Nooooooooo! The gas and the smokes prices are scary. I'd rather go to a privately owned store. Or walk.

I don't see how this location still managed to hold on to a 4 star rating 🤔 The employee or owner does not speak this new locations customer service skills suck. They may have knocked the old gas station down to build this new one but they will never compare.

I stop to get gas and I used my visa card in the gas pump. the gas pump was waiting for the gas station to ok it. I waited for a minute it still wasnt ok. I went to the store. At the window store owner wave me ok to used THE PUMP. So I pump my gas thinking it took my card number and charge me for it. I waited for a receipt It didnt came out of the pump. So I memory how much was the cost. So i went to the store. The store owner called the police. The police called me and told me I Ieft without paying ,"But he so the video and stated that he saw that i used my visa card to pay for the gas put gas pump did not charge me. The owner never try to come out of the store to let me know my visa card wasnt charge . So I came back to the store to pay for the gas he started to yelling and screaming at me like this was my fault and not take responsibility for his action. I am bless to say there are good middletown police to see that this incident wasnt all my fault. I am STATE EMPLOYEE under, law enforcement and get payed very well I do not need to steal. This owner is a Bad business man that treat his customer like s......t I warn everyone not to shop at this gas station. This place get no star from me.

Told me I could not bring my service dog in which she is covered under the American disability act and helps me with my anxiety and seizures. Yelled and cussed at me in front of other customers told me to get out and not come back to the store demanded i show them my personal paper work or they world call the police. I called the police and was advised to contact the attorney general office as well as the better business Bureau because they are discriminating against a person with disabilities. I would not do business there ever again and would encourage everyone else who has had a bad experience to contact a lawyer, the better business Bureau , attorney general office etc...they have no right to demand personal information it's against the law and the disability act to demand such. If you have had a bad experience whether it be something related or otherwise please report them,look into a lawsuit because people like him degrading disabled customers people like myself should not be operating a business. Thanks for reading this if you have a story in reference to anything in regards to the store (the owner ) etc...please share it here ,he is ignorant and needs to be confronted and STOPPED.
