My son just used a credit card, asked for $10. He was charged $150. I will be lodging a complaint with the Paramus PD, the Better Business Bureau and anyone else who will listen.

Gave attendant $70 cash for $64.65 gas. He gave me back $3 and walked away. I don’t tip gas jockeys I open the gas door and took the gas cap off myself and put the hose in my tank. This guy is stealing from the owner. The next time if there is one I put in exact amount and have exact change.

This used to be my go to place for gas as I pass by it frequently to get to work. But on several occasions when I'm in a rush, the gas attendant couldn't care less. The last time, I got there one time and there wasn't anyone outside so I go out and walked in to ask the guy behind the register if he could help me fill my gas, he said that the other staff was in the bathroom. I wouldn't mind doing it myself, I just wasn't sure if they needed to swip a staff card or something. The staff came out from the restroom and I waited to make eye contact with him, he was chatting to the guy inside and I told him I'm in a rush and need to run. He looked at me and gestured for me to leave and looking annoyed. And so I did, and I won't get gas here again. That was the last straw. I am a regular customer here and they have no courtesy. I've never gave them a problem even with the cheap moves of pumping extra gas to round off to dollars when I'm using credit card to pay (you only need to round off when people pay cash). There is absolutely no need to round off when paying credit card except to make extra $$.

I hardly write reviews but I had to because of their dirty cheap practice. Our family will stop getting gas from this place. We noticed this employee purposely only fills up to $.50 not to a whole dollar several times. Initially we thought it was a coincidence but then when this happened again, we realized this is his way of making money. He didn't even look to give us the change back, instead gave us change short of $0.50. I've gotten gas for few decades, this is the first gas station we encountered that did this. What a cheap way to earn extra cash on the side. Keep it up you will lose customers quickly

Owner is a piece of garbage!!! I get fuel from there at least once a week. Today during a snowstorm my truck broke down and waited 3 hours for a tow truck. The owner wouldn't let me stand in convenience center to warm up. He kept saying "get out" " private area". It was 10 degrees out!!!!
