Sunoco Gas Station

I always seem to be stopping by this place for air pressure issues. Once, I was struggling w/ the machine and someone walked over and asked if I needed help. A few other times, I asked the mechanics, thinking that is just easier, and they always checked for me. Two months ago, I got a nail stuck in the tire and they were speedy and efficient in removing it. I find the people working here always friendly and helpful.

This place is the best for your car. The owner/manager is the most honest car repair/maintenance person that I know and I trust 100%. I have been coming here for over 25 years. The gas refueling service here is great including the small convenience store.

I have been using Halesite Sunoco to service my car for at least five years now and I could not be happier having discovered this gas and service station. It is run by two brothers, Robin and Vishal Verma, who are personable and caring. It quickly became apparent to me after I started taking my car to them that this was no mere business that sees customers as numbers or even simply clients; these two men are courteous and friendly, behaving as neighbors in the community to those who come into their station. Since I only own one car, when I have to take it in for service I am without wheels and they are quick to offer a ride home or into town, offering to come and pick me up when the car is ready. On one occasion my car was making a strange noise and had hesitated to turn on when I started it that afternoon. I was on my way to the store and stopped into their station, leaving it running, to ask them about it. They offered to look at it right then, but I was having people over and needed to get last minute things at the store. They told me to take their number and if it stopped in the store parking lot, they would come and get me; I returned to them after shopping and they drove me home with my packages, keeping my car there and fitting it into their schedule so as to make sure I would not break down during the work week far from home. On another occasion when my car had stalled out suddenly with no warning, I stopped in and they again fit me in; this time it was during the work week and when they discovered what was wrong (the fuel pump), they said they would need it for a few days. On this occasion, the service manager Tom Mayer was there with his head mechanic Edin. Tom looked up local rental places for me that were still open, making calls to check since it was late in the day, and then Edin drove me to the rental place to get a car. The whole team at Halesite Sunoco operates like a well oiled machine with a heart! They are kind people, very reasonable and cordial in their manner, who are fair and honest and run a good, upright, dependable business. The work they have done on my car has been excellent; I have had no problems after they have tended to its needs. They keep excellent service records, sending helpful reminders when the car is due for maintenance, and they refer to their records to make sure they take care of all that is needed, always discussing with me their plan of action. A car is something that needs to be kept in good condition and can certainly impact significantly one's safety. I always feel very secure and safe after they have checked and serviced my car -- and that is certainly something I treasure and something for which I feel very thankful indeed! Halesite Sunoco is an excellent service station and it is run by goodhearted people worthy of their customers' trust. That is a wonderful combination and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I came here accidentally to get my car looked at (2 gas stations on the same road, never got the name of either). My car was smoking under the hood but there was no leakage any wear. He "looked" at my car and kept saying he didnt see anything. I was trying to explain to the mechanic(didnt catch his name but had irish accent) that my car is(2013 Ford Escape) little complicated from where the smoke was coming from. He repeated the last statement again and walked away. He was too focused on the people who came after me, basically showing that he didnt care about my problem. Simply bad customer service🤦🏾‍♀️ I was looking forward to coming bc he seemed nice at first but clearly had no intrest in helping me.

Needed to get an oil change while on my lunch break, called up to schedule the oil change, and in less than 30 mins I was on my way back to work! Whole staff is very friendly and very helpful! They even had a promotion going so the price was cheaper than usual! I will 100% be coming back here.
