Sunoco Gas Station

Worst Customer Service!!! We walk to school every day because the school is only 2 minutes from our house. Today, I had to drive to the city, so I took the car from home and planned to stop by the gas station to get water for my daughter before dropping her off at school, which is right across the street from the station. I bought several items and mentioned that I would quickly cross the street to drop her off, which would take a minute or less. However, the employee refused and rudely told me I couldn’t park there even for a moment. He went so far as to ask me not to come back as a customer. Instead of providing good customer service, he focused on chasing me off to ensure I moved my car, ignoring all the other customers waiting to make purchases. It’s incredibly sad. This incident seems like the result of a rude employee who woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided to ruin someone’s day. Why does this place allow its employees to treat customers so horribly? This is our neighborhood, and we deserve to be treated with respect..

This gas station is not that bad around this neighborhood. I give it 4 stars because how sketchy this neighborhood is over the night.

I don't know why you gas station close down at 2:00 for no coffee my pumping gas and your guy told me that the coffee machine is down you should be open 24 hours you guys are not doing their job the guy came there he picked his nose behind the counter and he touches money with his dirty hand never wash his hands they put their hands in their nose and they're touching the money come on that's not a gas station these workers need to be representative in front of customers and treat their customers right the guy who's working behind the counter should be fired

Horrible gas station! Don’t come here to wash your car… the guys working there don’t respect you. I went yesterday to wash my car and vacuum inside, they don’t take Apple Pay for car washes which is interesting because ALL gas stations I’ve went to do, anyways that’s besides the point. My buddy was coming with some cash so I decided to clean out my car and prep it for vacuuming. The worker comes out and makes me move my car because “management” keeps calling him… mind you this was a cloudy day… the car wash/vacuums were not busy at all considering they have 3 car washes and 3 vaccums. After we were done washing the cars, we pulled off to detail/dry off the cars, which apparently we can’t do according to their worker. Very annoying kept coming to us over stupid reasons and blaming it on “management” never coming here again.

Good day!!!! I do not recommend visiting this place because a very nasty guy is not an educated person working on the night shift! Briefly about the complaint, I came to wash the car - I didn’t have time to wash the car and they immediately began to kick me out, I asked what my name was, he didn’t introduce himself, I said that I always have my car and refuel at this place and I never had problems and said that I was in the first I see at this car wash and he answered me that he has been working for 15 days and after that it will be as he said and even the boss and management cannot do anything and I had to leave!!!! I do not recommend visiting this place as long as this person works like this !!!! there, besides this guy, people work very well, I respect them!!!!
