My family has been using this shop for decades. Here you will find great customer service from honest employees. The cost of services and repairs are very fair. I just got 4 new tires today and the price was better than Costco. Support small business! These folks are true professionals!

I received horrible customer service from this place! A couple weeks ago I went in to get my car fixed, and they didn’t fix the issue. The mechanic who worked on my car claimed that he had fixed it, but he failed to do so because the issue continued! I spent over $600 on two different occasions and they said the issue was fixed and it clearly WAS NOT! So I had to go to a different business and they fixed my car very well. After that, I went back to Sunoco requesting a refund for the issue they claimed to have fixed and they denied my refund request! Instead they said they would offer a discount on my next visit, but that won’t happen because I’m never coming back. Also, there is a weird and overly friendly employee (with a fairly big hoop-like earring on one ear) who has flirted with me and my friend on multiple occasions and he has continuously done so even when we have made it clear that we are not interested! He is VERY disrespectful and so are the employees that work there! I’m never going back here again! I recommend that others do the same! If I could give zero stars, I would!

I was so pleased with the service today when traveling through Lambertville and my car unexpectedly had issues. I walked in and spoke to the owner (I believe), who asked all sorts of questions about my car and offered several ideas as to what the problem was. He then offered to look at my car despite his busy schedule. He took the time to truly diagnose the issue and despite having the option to diagnose my car with anything and me being none the wiser, he was able to fix my car for a total of $14! I am grateful and hope that others who are looking for an honest repair shop will take their car here.
