Last night I was pumping gas on pump #4. After I filled my tank the pump stopped as normal, however the price continued to go up after the pump stopped. Had I not noticed the price on the machine was going up that pump would have taken more money from my debit card. I will never pump gas at this location. It seems to me like they are trying to get people for their money but letting their pumps take extra cash if you use your debit card. Crooks!!!!!

last Sunday, 5-27-18, 11:10 pm .. I was waiting 5 minutes in front of the door with my two children, they were doing the change of shift , i wait because need gas ... when the old man he does not accept me a $ 50 bill ... just because look old ... without even bothering to check if it was good ... I told him ... it's good to verify it .... and he refused and threw me back the bill... I told him ... I think it's illegal to reject the bill without checking them ... he took a rude attitude ... I show him another $ 50 bill .. new one of those that look pink ... Then, he wanted ... at that moment I told him go FYS I'm going to another gas station...i was a weekly client...no more . I wonder if some manager or owner check this review .

Sunoco / Exceptionally Poor Customer Service And Discriminatory Behavior Be aware if you are using the Sunoco at 7265 Castor Ave, Philadelphia, PA. There is something wrong with their gas pumps. I pressed 87 octane and it started pumping 93 octane. This seems like a scam being done right through the store. I went in and complained to the staff and they tried to make it seem like it was user error. As soon as I noticed a problem, I immediately stopped the pump. The younger attendant acting confused and oblivious to my complaint. The very old attendant kept blaming me and refused to give me my receipt to pump#3. The old man laughed at me as if this was all a game. This is unacceptable not to listen to customers and act as if it's a joke. If I'm spending money at your store I should be given respect and not degraded or dismissed like a non paying customer. I feel very disrespected and discriminated against. These attendants took no responsibility for resolving issues. I had to demand to be given my receipt from the younger attendant. I'll never go to that location again. I doubt I'll go back to Sunoco at all. Sunoco you need to address the staff at this location. The Sunoco, Malik and Malik Inc. 7265 Castor Ave, Philadelphia, Pa 19149 should not dismiss paying customers without solving their issue. Sunoco accept accountability in this situation by respecting customers, fixing your machines and stop trying to schemingly overcharge customers.

It is 2 in the morning I walked to the Sunoco to get a pack of cigarettes and it says it's open 24 hours I get there the gentleman would not even come to the window drawer he said no so I had to walk to algon and cottman. At 2 in the morning cuz he didn't want to stop drinking his coffee and eating his food
