If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was waiting about 5 minutes at the register for the owner to take two seconds out of his day to look up and allow me to make a purchase, and he ignored me the entire time, and as soon as I gave up I walked away and he immediate greeted the brown gentleman behind me with “hello my friend”. I have never been so blatantly ignored in a business before. I feel racially profiled and I am extremely upset.

Indian guy behind the service counter seemed more interested in texting on his phone than serving me. After a minute of polite waiting, I had to shout to get his attention (despite him being literally only 5 feet away). He then acted as though I was bothering him. I won't be patronizing this place any more. Come to think of it, all the people working at the service counter seem rude. Learn some customer facing skills! Would give zero stars if I could.

A couple of weeks ago I stopped to get gas. When I asked to use the bathroom I was told their there was none. How do you serve coffee and snacks and not have a bathroom? Anyway, I mentioned the fact that I have a medical condition which WAS the truth and still was not permitted to use one. When I asked the arrogant worker if he knew of somewhere in the area I could go he shrugged his shoulders. I wound up having to urinate in the woods which was totally ridiculous...a little tougher and ridiculous for a 51 year old woman to have to do. The people at this particular station are a disgrace as a result I have decided to stick with Exxon/Mobil.
