I would give them a zero if I could. My car had got stuck in water and one of the police officers in the area had called for Al's Sunoco towing. The crew came in, didn't have much idea on what to do with the car given it has electronic gears and were unable to tow. After 30 mins of fiddling with the car I told the crew respectfully that I was not comfortable with how they were treating the car, that I was getting a burning smell inside the car and that they should drop it given they were not having any success. One fine gentleman in the crew got all abusive and stomped away. The net result was I called another towing crew who did a much better job. My battery was shorted and had to be replaced. And yet I ended up paying Al's $200. This morning I called the lady at Al's to have a chat with her and inform her of my experience. And it was immediately obvious where the crew was getting its lessons on how to behave with customers. Am a big believer in supporting local businesses, however, engage with these guys at your own peril.

Be aware! They won’t put back the cap of your gas tank after fill up your gas! Just had my gas filled here today after work. After I arrived home I surprisingly found that the cap of my gas tank is hanging outside with the door closed. This is really horrible. I have been using this gas station for a long time and I have never had this kind of trouble before. I will never come back to get the gas.

Beware - they will trick you into spending money when you do not have to. Called AAA over a flat tire, and they sent Al's Sunoco to fill it with air. I had already made an appointment to Costco to get my tire switched out, but the mechanic insisted we drive to their shop so he could plug my tire. We asked if there was a charge, and he responded "no, it's just a flat." We then come to find out they do charge for it and it will not be covered by AAA. They chalked it up to a "misunderstanding" and aggressively denied that they would claim the plug was a covered service. No apology, no customer support. If you need AAA in the area, ask them who is coming to help. If it is Al's Sunoco, say no thanks - send someone else. They take advantage of you where they can, and I see other reviews here that mirror our experience. I will never trust them again. Go elsewhere and save yourself the pain.

I was stranded on Rte 1 almost in the intersection. Tow truck from Al’s Sunoco arrived. He was very pleasant, drove me back to their location. Everyone was very nice. I left my car over night so they could let me know what happen and they called next morning letting me know and everything was repaired by 12pm( like that incident never happened)!. I’ve never had that experience before and never want too but I definitely recommend their shop! Thanks

Went to go put air in one of my tires and the guys did all my tires for me, then I rolled over to get gas and they cleaned my windshield too. They were very kind and courteous and I was really happy with the extra mile! Thanks guys
