During my recent visit, I encountered a significant issue with one of your clerks. I attempted to purchase a product, specifically the brown label Dutch Masters, but unfortunately, the clerk seemed unaware of the product and dismissed my inquiry in a manner that made me feel unwelcome. Despite my efforts to clarify and describe the product, the clerk's dismissive attitude persisted leading to him waving his hands at me, telling me "You're wasting my time" while shooing me away as if im an annoying dog, making the entire experience quite unpleasant. To my surprise, the very nice customer behind me took notice of the situation and attempted to assist me in explaining the product to the clerk. It's disheartening that only after the involvement of another customer was the clerk able to locate the product, turning what should have been a routine purchase into a lengthy and frustrating process lasting approximately 14 minutes. I cannot help but wonder if the treatment I received was influenced by factors beyond a simple misunderstanding. I felt a notable difference in the clerk's demeanor, particularly after another customer, who happened to be white, that stepped in to assist me. This raises concerns about the possibility of discriminatory behavior, which is not only unacceptable but goes against the principles of fair and equal customer service. Even after the product was found, the clerk's attitude remained unpleasant, suggesting that I should settle for an alternative product, the blue label ones, which are priced higher. This, coupled with the overall negative experience, has left me with the feelings of unrest and anger. I'd very much like to give this sunoco review negative 5 stars, unfortunately I cannot.

Only gave 1 star because I had too. this Sunoco's management was no help, my boyfriend's car got hit on Sept 8th while at the pump, not only would they not let him check the tapes that night they told him to come back and meet the manager who he spoke to the next day. Said he would be there at 930am my boyfriend took off work to do this lost a whole day of pay and the manager just had him sit there for hours never showed. He has been a long time daily customer. They also are ignoring all phone calls, from my boyfriend even the POLICE investigator and me. BOYCOT THEM!!!!!

BOY COT THEM!!!! I have been a long time daily customer for many years my car got hit and damaged while at the pump on Sept 8th when I was inside spending money, even after calling the POLICE that night they would not let me or the police check the tapes to see who damaged my car. Sunoco's management was no help. They gave me the manager's contact info I spoke to him the next day 1 time and he said to come down at 930am to check the tapes and never showed up made me lose a whole days pay just waiting for him for hours, I waited almost 4 hours he never came. I even have an on going police investigation going on and they will not work with the police or call, them back, or my girlfriend or me. They like you when you are spending $ but are not willing to help me out!! I will never go to another Sunoco gas station ever again especially this 1!!!! Only gave 1 star bc I had to to post the review I would give 0 if I could.
