The owner doesn't know how to talk to people. I asked him to give more explanation before I rent the truck and he get mad. I had a very bad experience, he was so violent. I think he is racist because of the way he was talking to me. I felt that he was threatening me because of the tone of his voice and he was forcing me to leave the place. Very bad customer service.
