Lost a frequent customer forever over a cup of ice. I came into the store today and purchased two bottled drinks. I got a cup of ice and the cashier wanted to charge me for the cup. I've spent thousands of dollars in gas and food at this store. The owner/manager shows that they put customer loyalty dead last with this policy. Additionally, they no longer have made-to-order food at this location. Also employees are usually outside smoking in front of the store. This store has gone downhill fast. Soon to be out of business because of horrible customer service, weak overall selections, above average prices, and much better convenience stores close by. Again, you lost long time customer over a cup of ice. Great job, geniuses.

I haven't been at this location in awhile. The last time I was here and I kept thinking to myself I had not seen Amanda in about a month or even longer... I was going to ask last time but I never did. EDIT (11/02/24) - I stopped coming here because of this review and because they haven't responded to this review... I might at some point change the rating to a 1 star. Not because I want too...

If your looking for one of the sweetest places on earth then this would be a good place to start! THE TEA, & ICE CREAM ROCK, the only thing sweeter is THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’d never thought I’d see it the other way around but the black lady at the counter is sort of racist. She’s all lovely & joyful with someone of her own color but nasty & inpatient with white customers. I know cause I stuck around alittle and saw the way she treated certain customers.

Love this location!!! The employees are all nice, friendly and pleasant, it is ALWAYS kept very clean, including the bathrooms. The coffees are always made fresh. Thank you and I appreciate y’all.
