Environment and Services:

This Turkey Hill location is described as a smaller, older-style store with a limited selection of necessities and snack foods. It offers fuel services with a few gas pumps. However, customer reviews have raised concerns about the location's traffic flow, noting that the layout poses potential safety risks due to vehicles pulling onto and off of the highway.

There have also been reports of the store being closed for gas services outside of its posted hours. One customer reported arriving at 11:30 PM, despite the store being advertised as open until midnight, and finding that the pumps were not operational. This suggests potential inconsistencies with advertised hours and service availability.

Inside the store, customer experiences vary. Some find it a quick stop for drinks and basic items. However, there are significant concerns regarding customer service. Reports indicate that staff interactions can be unpleasant, with one customer describing a lack of greeting and perceived rudeness. The employee was also noted to prioritize interactions with known customers, leading to delays and perceived neglect for others.

Features:

Turkey Hill provides basic fuel and convenience store services in Mohnton. However, the store's small size, potential safety hazards, and customer service issues detract from its overall appeal.

Customer Feedback:

Customer reviews highlight several concerns about this location. Safety issues related to traffic flow, inconsistent store hours, and poor customer service are the primary complaints. Customers have reported negative experiences with staff interactions, citing rudeness and a lack of attentiveness. It has been suggested that customers consider visiting the larger Turkey Hill location down Morgantown Road for a more positive experience.

Please note that customer experiences may vary, but significant concerns regarding safety, operational hours, and customer service have been reported at this Turkey Hill location.

Never cared for this location. When people try to pull out straight to the highway and from the highway to here it’s just begging for a crash. Gripe leading to this review is that I’m in desperate need of gas at 11:30 pm and they’re open until midnight. Pull up to screen reading STORE IS CLOSED… does someone actually need to be in the building for self-service gas to work? Made it to the old Roadrunner up Route 10 still before 11:30 and no issues with an employee clearly inside.

This os one of the smaller, older style Turkey Hills. It has a few gas pumps. It has a small selection of necessities and snack food. If you need to grab a drink and go, it's a quick place to stop. The employee at the check out wasn't too pleasant (to me at least, I guess if she knows you it's a different story). The employee spent more time talking to the customer in front of me than ringing up the transaction. When she finally got to me, I didn't get a greeting and she seemed inconvenienced by me presenting my TH card for scanning. At the end of our transaction, I received no response to my "thank you." She just turned around to the other side of the cash wrap and started talking to the customer that she helped before me. I'd recommend going the short drive down Morgantown Road to the bigger Turkey Hill, the employees are more pleasant and they don't care if they don't know you, everyone gets the same level of service there.

Management, PLEASE get rid of the door buzzer. The sound of that loud annoying thing is the least welcoming sensation I could think of when walking into any store. I assume it's there to remind cashier's to greet people? I assure you, having my ears assaulted any time I or anyone else opens the door is much worse than the concept of not being greeted.

Very friendly for a standard Turkey Hill. Not a lot of variety like the bigger ones, but all Turkey Hills have the same foods and coffee. There's only one bathroom and it's very small; the employees are nice which make up for the small variety and bathroom.
