The store is nasty the manager has no clue how to even manage the store ! Employees sleeping with each other 🤮 favoritism and no respect the district manager don’t care about anything going on in this store and allows it to keep happening

Tuesday December 5th 2023 Found gluten free goodies. Arizona tea came out with a filtered coconut water with electrolytes & stuff. Sweet find! They also have multiple gf jerkys available. Cashier Mark was very nice!

Your typical small-town corner gas station, with good people. Prices have always been reasonable and every time I've gone inside their shelves are fully stocked. Have bought propane here in the past as well. What motivated me to write a review is that every single time I've gone inside, everyone behind the counter says hi and seems genuinely friendly. Either their manager is very good at training customer service, or they've gotten lucky with who they hire, but these days it's refreshing to walk into a gas station and have such a good experience each time with the employees.

I have never been to a Turkey Hill with such trouble. Tracy the Manager needs customer service skills. Also they were having some issue with rewards, she stated it is on the door. How about posting it on the gas pumps before people prepay with credit card and then finding out gas is more because of the issue. Then by the time we went to pump the gas it didn't work mysteriously someone cancelled the transaction she was printing the receipt as i was talking to her. We didn't cancel, she must have. The receipt of purchase was 6 mins. Before the cancelled receipt. She said it times out after 10 mins. So you tell me who cancelled it. Will not ever go there again.

The woman working at 11pm on Tuesday September 20th, locked the door on me as as I was walking up at 10:55 p.m. to get gas. There was a no on the doors that said they were temporarily closing at 11:00, but it wasn't even 11:00 p.m. and she was looking right at me as she locked the door. I'm contacting corporate and I will not let this go until something is done about this. You don't treat customers this way.
