I'd give it a zero if I could. Place is trash with bad management. Please don't waste your time unless you're getting gas I'd just go to family dollar or go to the smoke shop across the street I used to love turkey hill but this location made me hate it.

Nazir served me and has great manners. Everyone I come in there he is always well mannered and kind. I’ve been going here for a while and most of the workers they bring in just don’t care about the customer.

Well , I have always loved visiting with family and coming to my Dad's side of the family, they always go out of there way to make sure you feel welcomed and I will definitely say the same thing for this lovely little town of old forge, and it's very sad to have to leave. I feel completely comfortable and at home when I'm here , I've been coming here since I was a kid and I still have lots of family that still works and lives here in old forge, years ago my Dad's uncle Anthony Trotta was the Mayor of this peaceful and very loving little town, and up until tonight I never met a single person who didn't greet you with kindness and and made you feel like you belong. That was completely and definitely not the way I felt when I walked in to the turkey hill to get gas and a soda before heading back on the turnpike to head back home to Delaware. I believe that his name was Shawn and he was very much the most disrespectful young man I had ever met and he had made it clear to me that he had no intention of helping me with the problem of the ice maker so I could get a cold soda for the ride back home and then I thought I had heard it all , when he told me that he wasn't there to do anything for me or he didn't want to, and I could go buy a bag of ice or go somewhere else for a drink... I was just speechless and floored to get such rude, ignorant and disrespected just for asking for a little bit of help and some ice. To be honest it was my 1st time even going to that gas station turkey hill and it will definitely be my last.

Every time I'm here the cashiers are always rude. I'm very pleasant to them but they treat me like I'm being a nuisance and speak to me in a very rude way. I work in retail and I'm never rude to somebody who doesn't deserve it. It's not hard to be nice to people!

Stopped here about 10:20pm to get some gasoline and a cup of coffee. The older man at the counter had a problem with me taste testing the different varieties of drip coffee available, even though I was going to purchase a cup. I take about a teaspoons worth of coffee from each coffee maker to see which one of them I like most before I fill the entire cup with a coffee that might not taste as good as another, and he comes over all irritated like, “you’re just going to drink all the coffees? Do you plan on paying for that?” I mean, come on... Doesn’t it get dumped at certain intervals anyway? Anyway, I then mentioned that I planned on purchasing the coffee and was seeing which one I would most enjoy because they all had distinct tastes, it easily could’ve been left at that. But he had to take it several steps further and mention that “they all taste the same” and how “taste testing isn’t necessary”. Really dude? Then why do they all have different labels? I understand that it’s a convenience market and he probably sees a fair amount of theft/dishonesty so I’m not expecting ‘high quality customer service’, but that doesn’t mean you have to be a total jerk about something so petty :/ I’m not a thief, not cool to treat me like one
