Horrible horrible experience at this place and has certainly changed over the years ! Carmelo the manger was level but the employees amber was rude and tried arguing and even said “ why is it always me” making my point that she is a problem employee , she stated that they only card people under 40 years of age and that is not legal , she was basically just picking and chooseing who to id , I’ve been going to the turkey hill for a while and Carmelo must be newly hired because he just agreed that they only card people that look young which doesn’t make sense and I know the owner is most likely not aware but the employee amber was raising her voice in the middle of the store the manger had to tell her to go to the back . Very disappointing and EVERYONE should be treated the same . This store will never get my money again

This place has convenient drive up gas station. Unfortunately, it only has two gas hoses oh, so if there are more than two cars wanting gas you have to wait your turn in line. They can have good deals on Turkey Hill ice cream. They have a Redbox outside. The employees always seemed nice, not necessarily exceptional, but definitely friendly.

I fear for the employees. They have to do everything and a lot of the time cashier is alone. This is the only store I go to where I have seen ugly arguments break out. New manager gives me the impression he believes the place has improved since he took over. Stuff happens here. A lot of police cars facing store at 5:30 a.m. Friday Nov. 5....what happened? Months ago a front window was busted out, looked like car went through window.... I've been asked to not go to this store anymore. It's in the neighborhood, but I feel like I'm putting my safety in jeopardy when I go to St. LAWRENCE Turkey hill.
