I came to the store yesterday because I had to get air in my tire which the machine since it is on the company property it is there responsibility to let the customer know if it is out of service. But when I asked the cashier about it after it took my change it they informed me they have no ideal about it to talk to the manager that was sitting out side talking to another employee. I approached the manager and they completely ignored me but the employee is the one that actually cared to asked what I needed. When I informed them of the situation the manager told me there nothing they could do and I would have to call the number on the machine to get a refund. At that time the manager did not state that they would put a out of service thing on the machine causing more people to run in to this same situation. In stead she went right back to the conversation that she was having prior to and when I walked up. Personally I live close to this gas station but there are plenty of gas stations in the area that I can bring my money to and get treated with more respect. Especially when speaking to a manager as a customer. I highly do not recommend this store to anyone nor would I be going back to it in the future for anything.

Staff is amazing , the managers are so sweet go above and beyond for they’re customers. Within the last year this store has done a complete 180 10/10 would recommend this store due to the friendliness of the staff they know you by name joke and laugh it’s an all around welcoming experience
