VJ is so friendly and nice. I trusted him from the first moment. You can trust him with your repairs. He's the reason I'll go back. My mechanica retired and I've been looking for a good place I found it within minutes while pondering thinking about what other places are in my neighborhood. I got ripped off by the gas pump. I hit the button for regular and when I checked my receipt , I was charged for supreme. I went inside to talk to the service worker and he just printed my receipt and told me I must have hit the wrong button. I didn’t, they’re on opposite sides so how do you make that mistake? I asked if he could check the cameras to prove I made the mistake, and conveniently they’re broken at that pump. I don’t know if it’s a scam or just a pump malfunction, but the broken cameras are really sketchy.

I took my car in due to an issue with my engine turning off randomly whenever I would drive. Mohan and VJ were able to assess the problem and pinpoint an error with my battery. They were both very informative and super helpful by explaining to me and showing me where the error code was appearing within my car. They were able to install a new battery on site and everything from diagnostics to fixing the issue took about an hour at most. Super helpful and friendly staff I will definitely be coming back for future car needs!

This has always been choice of gas station but my recent experience with the service center was disappointing. I called ahead to confirm I had time for a routine inspection, and I was told that the service center closes at 5 pm but to arrive by 4 pm at the latest. I arrived at 3:30 pm, well before the advised cut-off time, only to be met by a worker named VJ who rudely brushed me off, stating that they had already shut down the machine for the day. It felt like my inspection wasn’t a priority for them—possibly because it wasn’t a big, profitable job. I was turned away despite following their instructions and showing up well within the appropriate time frame. It’s unfortunate that the service center doesn’t seem reliable or customer-friendly when it comes to smaller tasks. I wouldn’t rely nor recommend their service department.

This car service station is managed very professionally. The attending mechanic, Mr Omar, was excellent in diagnosing the root cause of the problem. The problem was solved within 24 hours and at a very reasonable price. Overall, my experience has been excellent since last 4 years and would definitely recommend if anyone is looking out for a reliable car service station with talented mechanics.
