Peter has always helped me out with my cars. He may be a bit pricier than other “mechanic” shops, but, he gets the work done correct. Even let me borrow his personal car to get home and I picked up my car next morning. To the people complaining about high prices, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I do all my own work, but if I need something specific like balance, alignment, inspection, Peter is the best, no comparison. I build my own engines and trust this man’s shop to do work that I can’t complete myself in the home garage.

$90+tax for a synthetic oil change which came out to $98+. If I had known they charge such prices for a simple oil change I would have gone to my dealership for $70. Unfortunately I will not be going back and have lost my business if they are charging such prices for a simple procedure. I can only imagine how much more they charge for more complicated issues.

Look no further! Called for inspection. We were told to bring in the car and should be done in 20 minutes. Located Right across Utopia Bagels and other eating place so very convenient to wait for your car. This place is no BS who will try to rip you off. Staff friendly. Inspection done !!! Fast as promised. Very convenient too unlike other shops located in Northern Boulevard that's like a zoo. So highly recommended.

Utopia Service Center is the mechanic shop I have trusted for over ten years. God bless Peter the owner for always being a gentleman and helping me whenever I needed him to fix or take a look at my car. As a female professional he is honest, the prices are very reasonable despite the higher cost of living, and he goes out of his way to help you decide how you want to approach auto repairs within your budget. He is one of the most honest auto mechanic shop owners I have ever met. Honestly he should be charging customers more than he does. I go to the shop, we talk about our lives if he is free or we chat with customers. If I get hungry or thirsty, I venture across the street to the famous Utopia Bagel shop and grab something for myself and sometimes Peter and his crew if they are hungry or thirsty. Peter and Utopia Service Center are the only mechanics I trust. I use another mechanic shop not far from there but that’s if it’s electrical or more serious issues for foreign cars. The other shop is much more expensive and not open weekends anymore so I stick with Peter. He is the man.
