This is the worst gas station in Hamilton. Employees either don’t understand English our bad at their jobs. Or taking advantage of the customer. Attendant repeated back $15. Filled my tank up and then when I asked him why he did that he just said 15 fillip sounds the same after repeating to me. This has happened multiple times with multiple employees. Company absolutely rips people off and play stupid about it. Not to mention he messed up three other people gas while I was there.

Valero is said to be open till 9 pm on a Saturday. I went there by 8:20 and it’s already closed. By that time, I was really low on gas and I hope to God that I can make it tomorrow as there are no other Valero gas stations near where I live. This Valero has to update the hours even if it’s nighttime.

Long road from chicago, when i stopes to get some gas, the guy who is tanking said to me what you looking for give me cash or card... very rude, i was so tired... and i understand sometimes we all have bad days but it doesn’t mean that you need to share your anger with other, not recommended , really dissapointed

Went today for gas. Nasty man working there gave me an attitude because I didn’t park near him. Snatched my debit card from my hands! How rude and disrespectful! Left and got gas else where
