We stopped by Wawa and bought some few edibles for our road trip. The staff at the counter were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious . I strongly recommend Wawa to all .

There is one gentleman, short white man , who is extremely rude. I have had multiple encounters with this young man and he has no respect for customers or the establishment as a whole. He is either on his phone constantly or talking to the employees while helping guests. He was also about to charge me unfairly as he hadn’t scanned the 2/$4 items and when I mentioned this he rolled his eyes and TRIED to go through with the purchase. Very very rude no customer service skills or respect. I have seen other customers receive the same treatment or worse yet management does nothing.

Worst WAWA ever !!!!!! No one knows what they are doing . Fountain drinks sucks ! When asked the answer was we can’t do anything about it and won’t refund the money . If they can they will put everything behind the counter so far it includes plastic cups and STRAWS !!!! for the love of God ! Forget about using the restroom, that’s considered as sacred ground . Wawa you lost a good customer today . Never going back .

Wawa‘s in Elizabeth off the 1&9 Highway. I went in and bought a cup of tea after work and I seen Marie put my cup of tea up to her mouth while she was making it, I immediately asked for a refund and left the store. is this how they training they employees? the manager is fully aware of the situation. Prices are too high for some of their products and the bathroom 🚻 is disgusting 🫣😒 very unsanitary!!! Time for a renovation! The first set of photos is from the WAWA! in New Jersey on Spring Street 1&9. The second set is from Philipsburg NJ WAWA that's what the Spring St 1&9 WAWA bathroom should look like. 🤔😒😏
