The guys that work directly with car wash are professional and kind. They are 5 STARS! However, the 1-star is for white male that works inside the enclosure near the gas pumps. He is the RUDEST ever! If he is not comfortable serving all ethnicities, then maybe he should find another job. I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years and every time I need change for the wash attendants, he is extremely rude. Today was the last straw! I told him he was rude and that he should treat me the same is the lady that was before me. It was like day and night in a split second! 😡

Don't bother! This place is a joke! I stopped using it many years ago because the pumps shutoff at $75. You have to put the pump handle back and run your card again for more. I decided to try it again this morning thinking that surely after all the years they would have corrected it. Nope! Meanwhile 90% of the residents in Wayne drive large SUVs that can't be filled for $75.
