Update on Review: Customer service reached out to me and got it handled. They gave me a free “best wash” and now I’m a happy customer. Thank you for listening to the customer, that is what you call true customer service. I highly recommend this place because they will take care of you until you are fully satisfied. Original Review: Not that great, especially paying for the top tier option. Crumbs between the shift, blades of grass still left, stains that could easily be removed. Wasn’t happy paying all of that mediocre service. Probably would only do outside cleaning there. I’m giving it 4 stars, but it’s more like a 3.75

Hello neighbors! I want to sadly share an awful experience I just encountered when I went to wash one of my vehicles. After I paid for a $25.99 (or so) car wash service and while I was waiting for the car to be wiped out, I noticed that the entire right bottom side was dirty and I asked one of the employees to please wipe the dirt out. While he was apologizing about it and gladly cleaning it, the other employee (the person in the pic) said loudly in Spanish (translating): “that dumb b…h wants a full service car wash for a $25 dollar one”; I suppose he didn’t know I understood Spanish and I told him in Spanish: “I am a paying client and I just asked what I paid for which is to have the car washed”. After I said this he began calling me all sort of names (which I’d rather not mention them). Afterwards, I proceeded to talk to the manager and he apologized for him and sent someone else to finish cleaning the car. After I went back outside again, the subject in the picture yelled at me and told me while he was whipping a Jeep Wrangler: “You stupid b…., why don’t you buy yourself one of these cars instead of driving a trash like yours, like that you would stop complaining about the dirt in your car.” After he said this, I was so disappointed with this treatment that went back ahead to complain to the manager and all he kept on saying that he was going to talk to him about it. To minimize this story, I have no idea why this individual treated me this way. I have been washing my vehicles at this location for years and never encountered this sort of problems. Tomorrow I will go back to talk to the owner, not sure if that is going to change anything, but I don’t think any individual, specially a female, should be treated this way. I didn’t do anything wrong, all I asked for my car to be clean and I was being polite about it, and in turned treated like a I committed a crime. I wonder if i was a man he would talk to me the way he did today… (Oh, and by the way, I don’t drive trashy cars, both of my vehicles are 2022 models).

I just moved nearby and heard a lot of great things about this car wash! Grateful to have found it. While there last weekend I asked someone if they could help me remove a mystery scuff on the inside of my new car- and a man came and took his time and many different products to help me and he miraculously removed it! That man happened to be a manager there- Darwin. He was very kind and patient! I highly recommend this car wash. Happy to have found my twice-monthly car wash for both my husband and I’s cars!

I bring my cars here for service and get my gas here only. The service is amazing, the owner is one of the nicest guys around and I highly recommend them. They also have a convenience store which has an amazing selection of everything. To my surprise they carry very delicious salads. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Whitestone.

Don’t go there they don’t how to clean the car ,,,I ask them to clean and remove tape residue from my car,,,I don’t know what they use,,it look like something strong clean,,,,after they clean my car paint was removed,,,if you love you car ,,don’t go there
